stage one: concept phase
The first step in our process is to establish a clear vision and direction for your project. We begin with an on-site meeting to discuss your ideas and requirements, followed by the development of a concept design brief. After considering any relevant site conditions or regulatory requirements, we will create tailored concept floor plans that align with your goals and project scope.
stage two: design and development
Next, we refine and enhance the design to closely align with your specific requirements. In Stage 2, we finalize the plans, presenting updated floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualisations. Throughout this stage, we highly value and encourage your feedback to ensure the design meets your expectations.As a final step, we recommend consulting with builders to confirm that the design aligns with your budget and project goals.
stage three: development plans
During this phase, we manage the coordination and submission of all required Development Applications or CDC Approvals. We work closely with specialist consultants to ensure that all relevant regulations and protocols are met, which may include Basix, Bushfire, Heritage, Mine Subsidence, or Town Planning assessments.Our goal is to streamline this process, ensuring it is as simple and stress-free as possible for you.
stage four: construction certificate
Once the relevant applications are submitted, the next step is to secure approval for a construction certificate. This essential milestone ensures that all technical requirements are in place, paving the way for a seamless transition to the construction phase.With the approval in hand, you're ready to engage your builder and start bringing your vision to life.
